Empowering Scholars to Break Barriers and Build Bright Futures.
LOS ANGELES, CA, December 10, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — MOSTe (Motivating Our Students Through Experience) has launched its 2024 End-of-Year Giving Campaign, inviting the community to help create brighter futures for young women from underserved communities in Los Angeles County. With a legacy of a 100% college acceptance rate for graduating Scholars, MOSTe continues to provide critical mentorship, leadership development, and college access programs to help students thrive.
This year’s campaign, themed “A Legacy of Opportunity,” highlights the tangible impact of donor contributions on the lives of young women striving to achieve academic and professional success. Donations to the campaign will directly support programs that build confidence, leadership, and educational access.
Donations at various levels:
• $250 covers the cost of an overnight college trip for a student, offering exposure to higher education opportunities.
• $500 sponsors a Scholar’s participation in the annual summer retreat, focusing on leadership and personal development.
• $1000 helps MOSTe cover operational expenses, including insurance and healthcare, ensuring program sustainability.
• $2500 funds an entire year of programming for a Scholar, including mentorship, workshops, and career development.
“By investing in MOSTe, you’re not just supporting an organization – you’re empowering the next generation of confident, college-educated women who will make a difference in their communities,” shared Sherlyn P, a MOSTe scholar. “I’m living proof of the transformative power of this program. And with your help, many more girls can discover their potential and shape their own stories.”
Key Achievements and Goals for 2024-2025:
• Establishing new partnerships with schools throughout LAUSD to expand the organization’s reach.
• Continuing its tradition of a 100% college acceptance rate for graduating seniors.
