The investment comes from a private family office with international real estate holdings and vast experience with consumer packaged goods.

The strategic investment comes through a recently-launched Reg A+ funding round. This new funding round follows a successful Reg D round wherein the company raised approximately $2M privately among a group of private, accredited investors. The Reg A+ offering is open to the general public and not just accredited investors.
